Richard is assisting in leading Propel’s national expansion by overseeing team members across the country. Working in the insurance industry for over 29 years and with extensive education in Risk Management, Richard brings the knowledge, experience, and leadership capabilities to best serve Propel clients and his team. He believes that Propel provides excellent leadership, nimble decision-making, and delivers innovative risk management strategies to its clients.

Richard is involved in several associations affiliated with LeadingAge and AHCA and holds several professional certifications, including Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Risk Manager. Richard is based out of Charlotte, North Carolina, and in his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, touring national parks across the country, and hiking.
