For Debby, what started as a part-time, after-school job in a small independent agency has led to a career that spans 42 years and is still going strong! She began her career in the property and casualty industry, her area of expertise for the past 23 years has been in the employee benefits arena. She also assists individuals with Medicare, life, and disability insurance needs.

Debby’s passion for the insurance industry results from her drive to find the right solution for a company’s health insurance needs or safeguard a family with personal insurance. She enjoys helping people protect what matters most. Like working a puzzle, Debby believes that her team helps large employers solve the complex and diverse challenges they face with their employee benefit plans through customized plan designs and creative solutions.

Debby serves as a panelist on Broker Advisory Panels for various insurance carriers. In 2010, she was selected to serve on Tennessee’s Technical Advisory Group of Agents and Brokers. She has also served as the Education Chair for the Knoxville Association of Health Underwriters (KAHU). In her spare time, Debby enjoys traveling with her husband and finding fun adventures to entertain her two grandchildren.
