Steven has over 16 years of combined experience in insurance placement, data analytics, claim advocacy, alternative risk techniques, and building client relationships with companies and organizations in various industries. In deciding to join the Propel family, Steven was impressed that everyone he had met at Propel lived out the core values of Commitment, Trust, Integrity, Passion, and Smart. Those values have always been characteristics Steven has lived by and believe are integral in being successful in this business.

Steven is involved with several professional affiliations, including Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS), Public Risk Management Association (PRIMA), University Risk Management and Insurance Association (URMIA). In his spare time, Steven enjoys hiking, good food, Tennessee Vols Athletics, and spending time with his wife and son discovering new things.
