Working in the insurance industry since 2018, Ashley works with a variety of businesses across various industries. She invests the time to listen and understand every facet of the business she partners with. Ashley has a degree in finance and began her career in the creative industry; however, her father and grandfather started an independent agency when she was born, so insurance has always been the “family business.” Being the 3rd generation and first female in the business has allowed her to be the “disruptor.” Ashley gets to infuse her creativity into designing an insurance risk management program for clients.

Ashley and her team pride themselves on trust and teamwork. She knows that trust is the foundation for all business relationships, where transparency and honesty are non-negotiable. Taking care of her people has always been a passion, and it is the same for her business partnerships as her priority is serving clients – making their best interests her main interest.

Ashley sits on the Knoxville Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors. She loves spending time with her husband, two daughters, and her two Labradors. Her family and friends are her most prized possessions. Ashley is happiest when she is entertaining and hosting people in her home. She also enjoys exercising, any creative outlet, traveling, and being outdoors.
